FREIGHT POLICY: NO MINIMUM ORDER!
DELIVERY: Orders placed and confirmed weekdays before 12pm EST typically ship the same day.
DAMAGES: In the unlikely event you have breakage or problems with your shipment, call us at 800-773-2554 or email cservice@directfloral.com within seven days of receipt of your order and we will process your claim immediately. Do not discard the damaged item or its packaging, and we will be happy to issue you a refund.
ORDER TRACKING: Order confirmations will be sent your email address. For this reason, please use a valid email address when placing the order. If you do not see an order confirmation after an order has been placed, please check your spam or trash folders, as sometimes the e-mails go there, based on your privacy settings. FedEx tracking numbers are sent out the day the order ships and your invoice also contains the tracking information in the lower left corner. Invoices are emailed and available in "my account" once you log in. |
